It's easy to explain the upcoming MMOG hybrid, Fury. It's fast-paced, no holds barred action. You move fast, act fast, kill fast, and die fast. Also, you don't waste any time recovering health and mana or sitting around with resurrection penalties. You're back in the game fast. At PAX 2007, I got to sit down and get a quick and dirty introduction to Fury with a demo walkthrough and then a hands-on with an especially deadly and nasty build put together by Adam Carpenter himself.

The tome is there. The knowledge depends on if you actually read it. Hey, like school!

EVE just got a whole hell of a lot cooler.

Earlier this year at GDC 2007, Ten Ton Hammer managed to snag some video footage of a top secret EVE Online project currently in development. They called it "ambulation," showed us some gorgeous shots of in-game avatars walking around a space-ship, and then clamped down tighter than a clam on a pearl. Since then, there's been almost no information on the mystery project anywhere on the web, other than a few general details.
