With you on the torchlight thing! (though people should nab the demo, as some people seem to not like it for some reason...)
The only one on your list I am against would be the Runners. I agree it would be cool if they didn't all have the exact same AI (at 10% I will run), but I do think it is kinda nice as it does force you to stay on your toes a bit. Admitedly, it also means that any character should be able to DEAL with runners (root/snare/taunt/ranged dmg).

This one gets me every time. While my above tale of the Forsaken NPC is an extreme example, it drives me nuts when pathing NPCs walk away from you, forcing the dialog window to close before youve had a chance to actually read the description of the quest being offered. If developers ever want people to bother reading their cleverly crafted quest text, they really need to stop pathing NPCs in their tracks for more than 10 seconds at a ...
