Torchlight's launch day is rapidly approaching and you can pre-order the single player version of the game now for $19.99. With the pre-order comes a sneak peak at the upcoming free-to-play MMORPG based on the Torchlight universe. To sweeten the deal, anyone who pre-orders Torchlight from the Perfect World site before October 27, 2009, will be entered to win a limited edition Torchlight poster signed by Runic Games' Max and Erich Schaefer.

Calling all players and enthusiasts who enjoy hack-and-slash, dungeon-crawling, loot dropping action-RPGs. Torchlight is here!

For less than the cost of a movie night for two (US$20!), you can own the full single-player version of Torchlight. This single-player version of Torchlight will give you a sneak peek into the expansive, action packed world that will be featured in our upcoming, free-to-play MMORPG based on this universe.

As gamers ourselves, we're very excited to be able to offer pre-orders for Torchlight, an action-RPG from the same talent that brought you Diablo I and Diablo II, Fate and Mythos. Many of us have already been playing Torchlight, both in and out of the office, and are excited about sharing it with you. It's addicting!

For more information or to purchase Torchlight for a chance to win a limited edition poster, visit us at: http://torchlight.perfectworld.com

Anyone who orders Torchlight from the Perfect World site before October 27, 2009 will be automatically entered to win a limited edition Torchlight poster signed by Runic Games' Max and Erich Schaefer. You may know the Schaefer brothers best for their work at Blizzard North and on the Diablo series. This offer is only available from PerfectWorld.com

Faith and arms!

I'm preordering.

Through Steam for $17.99

but they also worked on Hellgate:London, and Mythos.

Don't get your hopes up :P (however for $20, it is a nice short diversion)
