BioWare Causes a Disturbance in the Community

Homosexual community in an uproar after forum debauchery
Confrontation

Forums can be a unforgiving and treacherous place, something that Star Wars: The Old Republic posters and administrators are finding out. Censorship happens in some form nearly everywhere but the latest SWTOR censorship has managed to step on a few toes, those toes being that of the homosexual community. According to 1up.com, certain words were added to the forum filter and an official statement from Community Manager insinuates that homosexuality just doesn't exist in Star Wars.

BioWare has spent the last couple of days in hot water with the homosexual community, thanks to banning certain words from their forums. Kotaku recently reported that the company locked threads dealing with homosexuality in The Old Republic, and censored the words "gay," "lesbian," and "homosexual." Community manager Sean Dahlberg simply said, "As I have stated before, these are terms that do not exist in Star Wars." Insert C-3PO joke here.
