Hotfix 5.5.2008

The Live servers of Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa were patched recently. This hotfix tweaks the social structure of the Bane; they should be a little less helpful to each other now.
Made adjustments to AI Aggro to make NPC aggro more logical. NPCs will still 'bring a friend' if you happen to attack one of their buddies standing next to them, but not if their buddy is in a completely different location.
