In a recent video interview, Robert Garriott of NCsoft speaks about the possibilty of Tabula Rasa and other NCsoft titles coming to the PlayStation 3. When asked whether the PC gamers would be playing alongside the PS3 players, Garriott had this to say:

There's nothing to stop us from doing that. The real question is what is best for the player.
